Information we collect on this website

The website has no accounts, no shopping cart and no newsletter sign-up, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.

The map

The Contact page shows an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.

The online loan request form

The Apply Online page contains a form provided by a third-party lead network. Information you enter there (for example your name, contact details, income and bank details) is sent directly to that network and to the lenders and lending partners it works with, so they can review your request. Their privacy policies, shown in the form, apply to that information. 505 Quick Cash & Pawn does not receive, store or sell what you type into the form.

In the store

When you pawn or sell an item, New Mexico law and local ordinances require us to check a government-issued photo ID and record details of the transaction. We use this information to complete the transaction and to meet those legal requirements, and we share it only with law enforcement or others when the law requires it. We won't sell your name, address, phone number or email address.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 18, and loan requests are only for adults.
